Obituary ~ Clark K. Calfee ~ died on Tuesday, May 19, 2015

Clark K. Calfee, 67 of Bettendorf, Iowa, died Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Select Specialty Hospital in Davenport. Internment will be in the National Cemetary, Rock Island, IL on Thursday, May 28, where military honors will be presented.

Clark was born in 1948 in Coral Gables, Florida to Jack and Barbara Calfee.  He served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era, and continued his military career service  until his retirement and honorable discharge from the Army in 1992.  While on assignment in Korea, he married AeRyon Kang on June 22, 1977.  Following their marriage they returned to the United States.  Clark's oldest brother, Jack, was killed in action during Vietnam.  Their mother, Barbara had been a longtime Treaasurer of the Gold State Mothers chapter.

Survivors include his wife, AeRyon, daughter Evelyn (Ken) Moellering of Dixon, Iowa, grandchildren, Emily, Calla and Chloe Moellering; and brothers, Dale Calfee of Hollywood, FL; Dean (Mary) Calfee and Scott (Carol) Calfee, both of Elberton, GA; Craig Calfee of Bostom, MA and Brian Calfee of Costa Rica.

In addition to his brother, Jack, Clark was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Barbara Calfee.
